Dr. Miriam Lacey, Ph.D, Professor of Applied Behavioral Sciences, Presidents and Key Executives MBA Program, Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Dr. Lacey has been at the forefront of executive development through integrating behavioral science with principles of total quality management, consulting to leaders at firms such as Exxon, Boeing, Microsoft, Weyerhaeuser, Toyota, Allergan, American Airlines, and Union Pacific Railroad. At the Graziadio Business School, Dr. Miriam Lacey teaches exclusively in Executive Programs and has served as Chair of the Personnel Committee, Vice-Chair of PKE Programs, and is a past member of the Faculty Council.
