John Neal, CEO of Lloyd’s of London, is set to depart from his position in 2025. Neal, who has led the renowned British insurance group since 2018, will assume new roles as CEO of Aon’s reinsurance business and Global Chairman of Climate Solutions.
During his tenure, Neal played a pivotal role in advancing Lloyd’s strategic goals. He spearheaded initiatives that brought digital transformation, enhanced operational efficiency and fostered cultural shifts within the organization.
