iClick Interactive Asia Group Limited Announces New CFO and Strategic Transition

iClick Interactive Asia Group Limited (NASDAQ: ICLK) has revealed the appointment of Ms. Josephine Ngai Yuk Chun as its Chief Financial Officer, effective March 31, 2024. Ms. Ngai, a seasoned professional with over two decades of financial management and operational expertise, will succeed Mr. David Zhang, who concurrently steps down from his roles as CFO and Director to assume a position as Senior Advisor within iClick.

Having joined iClick in 2019, Ms. Ngai brings a wealth of experience, having served as Vice President, Finance & Group Financial Controller. Her distinguished career includes tenure with a Big Four accounting firm and senior roles within conglomerates listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. A member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Ms. Ngai holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an EMBA degree.

Jian Tang, Chairman, CEO, and Co-Founder of iClick, lauded Ms. Ngai’s appointment, citing her instrumental role in driving the company’s strategic and operational objectives. Tang also expressed gratitude to Mr. Zhang for his contributions during his tenure as CFO and Director since January 2022 and as Senior Vice President of Finance since 2021.
