Kristina Moln-Page to Replace John Boyle as CFO of Ann Summers
After 11 years of dedicated service, Ann Summers’ Chief Financial Officer, John Boyle, retires from the retailer. Stepping into this pivotal role is Kristina Moln-Page, who has been promoted to Finance Director of the company.
Scheduled to commence her new role in July, Moln-Page will report directly to CEO Maria Hollins. She will succeed Boyle, who has served as CFO since July 2020, following a stint as COO from 2015 to 2019. Boyle will transition to a non-executive director role on the board, providing advisory support to the company.
Earlier this month, Ann Summers reported positive financial results, attributing the increase in profit and sales to the resurgence of consumer activity on the high street post-pandemic.
Moln-Page brings a wealth of experience to her new position, having served as Head of Finance since joining Ann Summers in May 2022 as a Strategic Project Consultant. Prior to her tenure at the lingerie company, she spent nearly a decade at Asos, holding various managerial roles within the finance function. Moln-Page also gained valuable experience as a Finance Analyst for Debenhams.
Expressing gratitude for Boyle’s contributions, Ann Summers Chair Vanessa Gold remarked that his contribution has been significant. Gold also extended a warm welcome to Moln-Page, highlighting her deep understanding of the retail sector and the company’s operations, making her an ideal successor to Boyle. She expressed confidence in Moln-Page’s ability to support the business in her new role.
