As of March 1, 2024, Zhong Shanshan was the wealthiest person in China, with an estimated net worth of 64.6 billion U.S. dollars, followed by Colin Zheng Huang (No. 2, $43.9 billion), Zhang Yiming (No. 3, $43.4 billion); and William Ding (No. 4, $34.1 billion).

Ma Huateng is the fifth-richest person in China, with a whopping $30.8 billion. He Xiangjian ranked 6th with a personal wealth of $24.7 billion, followed by Jack Ma with $24.6 billion. Eric Li is placed 8th with a net worth of $17.5 billion. Qin Yinglin ($15.1 billion) occupied the 9th position among the top 10 wealthiest people in China.
