James Miln Succeeds Retiring CFO of Xometry Jim Rallo

Xometry, Inc. (NASDAQ: XMTR) has announced the appointment of James Miln as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective March 1, 2024. Miln succeeds Jim Rallo, the retiring CFO, who will continue to support Xometry as an advisor through April to ensure a seamless transition.

Bringing a wealth of experience from notable tech and consumer brands, Miln joins Xometry from Yelp (NYSE: YELP), where he served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations. His tenure at Yelp saw him play a pivotal role in navigating the company through a period of robust growth driven by product innovation, including the introduction of new AI-powered search experiences. Prior to his role at Yelp, he held key positions at eBay, Yahoo!, and Unilever, leading global teams and spearheading initiatives to drive business expansion.

Miln holds a B.A. in Classics from Cambridge University, England, and is a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA, CGMA) with the Investor Relations Charter (IRC) certification.

Miln emphasized Xometry’s unique approach to driving digital transformation in manufacturing, citing the company’s leading marketplace, Thomasnet industrial sourcing platform, and suite of cloud-based services. He expressed enthusiasm for further building on Xometry’s momentum and helping the company achieve additional operating leverage and efficiency amidst rapid growth.
