Personetics, the AI-driven platform for personalized customer engagement, has announced Udi Ziv as its new CEO, succeeding co-founder David Sosna, who has led the company for 13 years.

The fintech, boasting a clientele of 135 million and serving over 130 financial institutions globally, is gearing up for further expansion under Ziv’s leadership, who aims to propel the company into a new era of rapid and extensive growth.

Employing AI technology, Personetics analyzes financial data in real-time across various customer touchpoints, extracting insights and forecasting financial behaviors. Ziv brings a wealth of CEO experience to his new role, having previously helmed Kissterra, Earnix, and Pontis.
