Michael Vasquez Becomes Olinger Group CEO as Jude Olinger Steps Down
The CEO of the Olinger Group, Jude Olinger, has disclosed his decision to step down from his position after a successful tenure spanning three decades. Olinger intends to explore new opportunities outside the market research (MR) industry. As his successor, Michael Vasquez, who assumed the role of EVP of Client Solutions in 2022, will assume the CEO position. Olinger plans to collaborate with the company in the upcoming months to facilitate a seamless transition to Vasquez.
In addition to the succession plan, Olinger has announced the promotion of Chanttel Allen, a 23-year veteran of the group, to the role of Chief Operating Officer. Meg Scott, with fifteen years’ experience within the business, has joined the Executive Leadership Team as Director of Research Operations.
Vasquez brings more than twenty years of leadership and market research expertise to the company. Commenting on the transition, Olinger remarked, “I have complete trust in Michael and our executive leadership team. They possess a well-demonstrated background in industry leadership and a history of strategic accomplishments and are the ideal group to carry forward The Olinger Group’s commitment. My choice to step down as CEO was a difficult one, but it is the appropriate moment for this change. I have had the privilege and honor of guiding this team, and now I am prepared to allow them to author our next phase.”
