Tim Pullen is officially the CFO of Genuit Group

Genuit Group plc, a prominent provider of sustainable water and climate management solutions for the built environment, has announced the appointment of Tim Pullen as Chief Financial Officer. Additionally, it’s worth noting that Mark Hammond, a Non-Executive Director, retired from the Board on Tuesday, October 31.

Joe Vorih, the Chief Executive Officer, expressed his satisfaction with the appointment, stating, “I am pleased to welcome Tim as CFO following his Interim role over the last two months. I look forward to working with him as we continue to deliver our Sustainable Solutions for Growth strategy. Tim has already made an impressive contribution as Interim CFO and brings extensive public market experience that will complement our Executive Management Team.”

Tim Pullen has made a significant contribution during his tenure as Interim CFO and will bring valuable public market expertise to the Executive Management Team.

Pullen’s background encompasses a wide range of public market experience gained from various fast-paced and dynamic businesses. He served as CFO of IQE plc, an AIM-listed manufacturer of advanced semiconductor materials, from 2019 to 2023. Prior to that, he held the position of CFO at Arm Limited from 2017 to 2019 and occupied senior finance roles at 02/Telefonica UK, Serco plc, and Logica plc.
