Planet Appoints Eric Heurtaux in the role of CFO

Planet has announced the appointment of Eric Heurtaux as its new Chief Financial Officer.

Planet is a global firm specializing in software, payment, and technology solutions. Founded over 35 years ago, the company has evolved its services, offering an innovative digital commerce platform that prioritizes customer experience. With its headquarters in London and nearly 3,000 expert employees located across six continents, Planet serves customers in over 120 markets.

Heurtaux brings with him a strong track record in scaling fast-growing payments, software, and technology businesses. He most recently held the position of CFO at Mirakl. Before that, Eric served as CFO and was a member of the Executive Committee at Worldline, and prior to that, he was CFO for Atos Big Data & Security. Eric is a graduate of the Ecole des Mines de Paris and holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD.

In addition to his role as CFO, Heurtaux is also joining Planet’s Board of Directors. He will lead the Operating Group, which is focused on Planet’s operational transformation and the achievement of revenue and profitability goals.
