Business Park Sofia Names new CFO

Business Park Sofia has appointed Konstantin Pavlov as its new Chief Financial Officer, bringing with him over 25 years of financial expertise and a strong track record in shaping financial strategies for major corporations.

Business Park Sofia is a prominent office real estate developer and property manager based in Bulgaria, overseeing the largest office park in Central & Eastern Europe (CEE). It has brought together over 130 leading local and international companies in a dynamic community that fosters growth. Notably, approximately 75% of all Fortune 500 and multinational tenants doing business in the CEE region are housed within Business Park Sofia.

Jordan Krastev, the Managing Director, expressed optimism about the impact of Konstantin’s financial experience on strategic initiatives aimed at improving facilities and services.
