New CFO and CMO for Pinstripes
According to a press release issued on Wednesday, Pinstripes has announced the appointment of Tony Querciagrossa as Chief Financial Officer and Shannon Keller as Chief Marketing Officer as part of its preparations to go public through a deal with Banyan Acquisition Corp.
Querciagrossa most recently served as the President of Columbus Industries, a manufacturer of residential filtration and an operating company of Filtration Group Corporation. He has also held positions at Purafil Inc., Medline Industries, and General Electric.
Keller, on the other hand, has expertise in various marketing domains, including branding, communications, digital marketing, advertising, and public relations. She served as CMO of True Food Kitchen for seven years, contributing to the growth of the multi-unit chain from 10 to 40 locations nationwide. She also held roles at global marketing firms Weber Shandwick Worldwide and PMK-BNC.
Pinstripes anticipates going public once its transaction with Banyan Acquisition Corp. concludes in the fourth quarter. The experience of both Querciagrossa and Keller is expected to play a significant role in the company’s public offering and its future growth prospects.
Currently, Pinstripes operates 14 existing locations and has five units under construction, with plans to add new venues. The company is considering approximately 50 more locations, and its new units typically achieve sales of over $9 million by the second year.
