Quility Selects Females for the roles of CFO and CIO

Quility _insurtech

Quility, the insurtech firm, has expanded its leadership team by appointing Jennifer Yaross as Chief Financial Officer and promoting Danielle Conklin to Chief Information Officer.

Jennifer Yaross joins Quility after dedicating 15 years to Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, where she held various positions. In her most recent role as Vice President, CFO Corporate Development and Strategy, she played a pivotal role in driving innovation, digital transformation, enhancing user experiences, cultivating strategic partnerships, developing brokerage solutions, and managing venture investments. As Quility’s new CFO, Yaross will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations.

Simultaneously, Danielle Conklin has been promoted to the role of Chief Information Officer (CIO). With nearly two decades of industry experience, Conklin is well-suited to leverage technology to advance critical business objectives. Her expertise positions her to harness the power of data analytics and AI, extracting insights that will enhance operational efficiency and assess strategic partnerships.

Meredith Ellison, Co-Founder of Quility, expressed excitement about these additions to the company’s leadership team, stating, “We are thrilled to have these two experienced, forward-thinking women on our c-suite and are eagerly anticipating the innovative ideas they will bring to Quility.”
