Steve Alden Succeeds Kevin Karr in the Financial Leadership of SureWerx
On August 30, SureWerx announced the appointment of Steve Alden as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately. Steve succeeds the outgoing CFO, Kevin Karr, who will move to a part-time role as the Senior Advisor for Corporate Development at SureWerx.
Steve Alden brings a proven track record of financial leadership to SureWerx, with extensive experience in acquisition integration, system enhancements, and value creation across a spectrum of industries, including distribution, manufacturing, and services. Most recently, he held the position of Vice President and CFO of Americas at Culligan International, where he demonstrated adeptness in finance and accounting while successfully expanding the business through organic growth initiatives and strategic mergers and acquisitions. Prior to his role at Culligan, Steve spent seven years at AAR Corp. (NYSE: AIR), holding diverse leadership roles such as VP, Investor Relations, and CFO, Repair & Engineering. His professional journey commenced at KPMG and Bain & Company.
Steve Alden has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
