As of August 23, 2023, R. Budi Hartono was the wealthiest person in Indonesia, with an estimated net worth of 26.0 billion U.S. dollars, followed by Low Tuck Kwong (No. 2, $25.9 billion), Michael Hartono  (No. 3, $24.9 billion); and Prajogo Pangestu (No. 4, $7.5 billion).

Sri Prakash Lohia is the fifth-richest person in Indonesia, with a whopping $6.8 billion. Tahir & family ranked 6th with a personal wealth of $5.8 billion, followed by Chairul Tanjung $4.8 billion. Djoko Susanto is placed 8th with a net worth of $4.4 billion. Lim Hariyanto Wijaya Sarwono ($4.3 billion) occupied the 9th position among the top 10 wealthiest people in Indonesia.
