Lexus ES was the most reliable Compact premium car of 2019
For the eighth straight year, Toyota’s luxury Lexus brand ranked as the most reliable in the United States, according to the J.D. Power 2019 Vehicle Dependability Study, or VDS. Toyota’s namesake brand tied for second.
Volkswagen Group’s Porsche shared the second-place spot. Chevrolet came in 4th in this year’s rankings, while Buick rounded out the top five. MINI and BMW placed 6th and 7th, respectively, among all brands.
