The 2017 list of the world’s best-rated landmarks

San Francisco’s Golden Gate Bridge, is the 11th most favorite landmark in the world, according to TripAdvisor. And the best landmarks in the world is…

Cambodia’s 12th-century Angkor Wat in Siem Reap topped the list at number one, followed by Sheikh Zayed Mosque in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates at number two and Mezquita Cathedral de Cordoba in Spain at number three.

Continuing on the religious theme, St Peter’s Basilica in Vatican City, Italy, scored the fourth place in the awards followed by the Taj Mahal in India and the fairytale-like Church of the Savior on Blood, which stands in St Petersburg, Russia.
