The U.S. News & World Report has published its 2018 college and university rankings. To determine the top 20 most affordable top-ranked universities, we examined institutions in the U.S. News National Universities ranking with the lowest 2017-2018 “Tuition and Fees” and narrowed our criteria to only include institutions in the top 200 of the 311 ranked.
