A Blind Eye: 10 Most Neglected Displacement Crises In The World

The conflict in the Central African Republic (CAR) is the most neglected displacement crisis in the world, according to  the Norwegian Refugee Council (NCR).

The Central African Republic (CAR) was followed by the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Sudan, South Sudan, Nigeria, Yemen, Palestine, Ukraine, Myanmar and Somalia.

Turning a blind eye:  Lack of political will to solve the crises, limited or no media attention, and a lack of aid funding mean crises are likely to worsen and trigger even more displacement.

The 10 most neglected displacement crises in the world

  1. Central African Republic (CAR)
    Number of people displaced: 885,317
