The Top 10 Fastest Growing Major Brands In The World For 2015
With a 54% growth rate, Facebook, the world’s largest social network, is now the fastest growing major brand in the world, according to a recent study carried out by the Forbes Magazine in its 2015 ranking.
Facebook was ranked 10th most valuable brands in the world overall, and No. 1 among the World’s 100 fastest growing major brands. Meanwhile, Amazon.com, largest Internet-based retailer in America, is ranked at No. 2, followed by THE Disney, Sony, and Starbucks. Also making waves on the list are Ebay, Toyota, MasterCard, NIKE, and Panasonic.
Each year, Forbes Magazine publishes it “World’s Most Valuable Brands” list, which outlines the values of brands by analyzing their financial numbers over the past year. Just keep in mind that Forbes, being very much a US-centric publication, required brands to have some presence in the United States to qualify for the listing. As a result, huge global brands like China Mobile and Vodafone, were left off the list entirely.
