The Finnish technology company Nokia has teamed up with the world’s second-largest sporting-goods maker Adidas to launch a sports and activity tracker app called “Adidas MiCoach” for Lumia devices.

This interactive personal coaching and training app uses real-time voice coaching and GPS to pace you through easy to understand workout zones. It works on all Windows Phone 8 devices, however the heart rate monitor only works with the Lumia 520, 620, and 720.
Adidas MiCoach gives you access to over 400 strength and flexibility exercises as part of the coached workouts section. If you like to keep track of when your next workout /should/ happen, you can keep track using the miCoach.com site.
