Semantix is actively searching for a qualified successor, and during the interim period, Mr. Alcalde will work closely with the executive team to ensure a smooth transition.
The Board of Directors and executive leadership team are engaged in the succession planning process, with updates on progress expected to be communicated promptly. The company has reassured stakeholders that the resignation will not impact day-to-day operations, and it remains committed to maintaining financial excellence.
