In addition to Williams’ appointment, Equantiis welcomed Mike Lewis as a director in late 2024. With over thirty years of experience in finance and project management, Williams brings a wealth of expertise in strategic reviews, financial modeling, corporate governance, acquisitions & restructuring, and comprehensive financial analysis and reporting for SMEs.

Equantiis anticipates a 30% revenue surge by the end of 2024. In his role as CFO, Williams will be instrumental in establishing robust financial frameworks to sustain and accelerate this growth trajectory.
