Jeffrey Chen to Become KatRisk CEO
KatRisk, the renowned catastrophe modeling firm, has introduced Jeffrey Chen as its newly appointed Chief Executive Officer, operating from San Francisco.
Chen brings over twenty years of industry expertise, having held multiple leadership roles. He arrives at KatRisk following his tenure at Verikai, where he served as President, CEO, Chief Revenue Officer, and Vice President of Sales over the past three years.
During his tenure as President and CEO at Verikai, Chen navigated the company through a successful acquisition by American Financial Group in December 2022. In his capacity as Chief Revenue Officer, he directly managed the company’s profit and loss statement, oversaw the recruitment and supervision of all team leads, and spearheaded the expansion of various company functions such as Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Go-To-Market strategies.
Previously, Chen held positions at Formation as the Director of Business Development and spent over five years at Guidewire Software, holding diverse roles, including Senior Director in Cloud Strategy/Delivery and Head of Global Value Consulting.
