Michael Sindicich Elevated to Navan Expense CEO
Michael Sindicich has been appointed as the CEO of Navan Expense, as announced by Sindicich through a LinkedIn post.
Sindicich’s journey with Navan commenced in April 2016. Until recently, he held the role of Executive Vice President and General Manager of Navan Expense, a position he has actively filled since December 2019.
Navan has strategically positioned Navan Expense as a ‘startup within the company,’ and the appointment of a CEO might indicate a heightened focus on this division of the TMC’s operations.
Navan Expense significantly expanded its presence in the latter half of 2023, notably with the launch of the new Navan Connect expense platform in the UK and Europe in November. Additionally, a partnership was forged with Citi Bank to introduce a co-branded Travel and Expense (T&E) offering to Citi Commercial Bank customers in the US.
