GM Leather Spa Appoints Christian Guerra to Serve as CFO
On Tuesday, GM Leather Spa made an announcement regarding the appointment of Christian Guerra as the new Chief Financial Officer of the group, effective immediately. Guerra, who does not possess any shares in the company, will take over from Marco Malagutti, the interim CFO, while Malagutti will continue serving as the co-CEO of the company.
Simone Voltolin, the managing director of GM Leather, expressed, “We welcome Christian Guerra, certain that his contribution will be important in creating new business development opportunities and making our group a reference model for the entire industry. We are an ever-expanding reality, also by external lines, and with a constant look towards the future, thanks to the skills and dedication of our people.”
The company stated that Guerra’s appointment aligns with its strategic initiative aimed at fortifying the organizational structure and managerial positions to enhance competencies in line with the company’s growth strategy.
