As of November 27, 2023, Elon Musk has a net worth of US$242.0 billion, making him the wealthiest person in the automotive industry. Robin Zeng follows in second place with $24.9 billion, while Stefan Quandt ranks third with $24.2 billion, and Susanne Klatten comes in fourth with $23.4 billion.

The fifth and sixth spots on the list are occupied by Wang Chuanfu, whose net worth is $15.8 billion, and Eric Li, whose net worth is $15.7 billion. Wei Jianjun is placed 7th with a net worth of $13.3 billion. Lu Xiangyang ($12.8 billion) occupied the 8th position among the wealthiest people in the automotive industry, followed by Shahid Khan (No. 9) with $11.6 billion and Huang Shilin (No. 10, $11.5 billion).
