Ocean Harvest Technology Names New CFO
Ocean Harvest Technology Group Plc has revealed the appointment of a new Chief Financial Officer. Following a meticulous and thorough selection process, OHT confirmed the selection of Christopher Scott as the company’s Chief Financial Officer, slated to assume the role on January 15, 2024. Chris boasts qualifications as a Chartered Certified Accountant and holds a CFA Charter.
Andy Cox will maintain his position as Interim CFO until Chris assumes his role. A brief transition phase will follow to ensure a seamless handover and the successful completion of the company’s 2023 audit and annual financial statements.
This appointment marks a significant stride in OHT’s pursuit of robust governance and accelerated growth for its stakeholders. Chris brings his expertise from his current position as the Finance Director for UK & Ireland at FrieslandCampina, a dairy co-operative and consumer food manufacturer. His prior experience encompasses pivotal roles in finance, including positions at the esteemed multinational company Kimberly-Clark UK.
