104 Corp Names Stacey Hung as its new CFO while CEO Rocky Yang Retires

104 Corp. (3130:TAI), a company based in Taipei specializing in online job advertising, has disclosed that CEO Rocky Yang will retire effective December 31, 2023. Yang, who founded 104 Corp. in 1996, will be stepping down, and as of now, the company has not announced a successor for this position.

In addition to Yang’s retirement announcement, 104 Corp. has appointed Stacey Hung as the new Chief Financial Officer. Hung brings a wealth of experience, having previously served as CFO for Microsoft Hong Kong and Taiwan, as well as holding the position of Commercial Finance Director for Microsoft Japan.

It is noteworthy that in the third quarter of 2023, 104 Corp. reported operating revenue of USD 19.4 million, marking an 8.12% year-over-year increase and setting a new quarterly revenue record for the company.
