DealMaker Hires Mike Rasic for the role of CFO
DealMaker has announced the appointment of Mike Rasic as the Chief Financial Officer. Mike Rasic brings over 35 years of accounting experience and more than a decade of expertise in establishing FinTech companies in regulated industries. Since 2011, he has been part of the San Francisco innovation ecosystem, specializing in scaling mid-stage companies. Over the course of his career, Mike has successfully overseen debt and equity capital raises, raising over $450 million for the companies he has led.
To date, DealMaker has facilitated transactions exceeding $2 billion and over one million investments, surpassing its counterparts and competitors in North America. DealMaker’s technology has been deployed in eight of the ten largest online capital raises globally in the past 14 months.
