With a net worth of $78.2 billion, Chinese billionaire Zhong Shanshan has overtaken Indian billionaire Mukesh Ambani as the richest person in Asia. Mukesh Ambani’s net worth has surged $76.7 billion making him the 2nd richest man in Asia above Colin Huang and Pony Ma.
Globally, Zhong Shansha is the 11th richest individual, just a rank above Mukesh Ambani, who is the 12th richest in the world, as of January 2, 2021. Zhong Shansha’s net worth has surged $71.4 billion this year, it’s one of the fastest accumulations of wealth in history.
