These Are The 15 Fastest-Growing Cities In The World (2020-2035)

The 15 fastest-growing cities in the world, all located in Africa, are projected to almost double their populations by 2035. The No. 1 spot goes to Bujumbura in Burundi, according to the report, Bujumbura’s estimated population in 2020 was 1,013,000 and is projected to grow by 123% to 2,263,000 in 2035.

Zinder, Niger ranked number two on the list, with an estimated 2020 population of 489,000 and is projected to grow by 118% to 1,065,000 in 2035.
