With 25% increase in hiring prospects, Taiwan’s employers are the most optimistic in the world, according to the latest ManpowerGroup Employment Outlook Survey .
Among 43 countries around the world that employment agency surveyed, Japan came out with the second highest percentage of employers who expect to hire people next quarter, followed by India (22%) and the United States (19%) in 3rd and 4th positions, respectively.
