Blue Ivy Carter, Jay-Z and Beyonce baby girl – the most anticipated celebrity child

One of the hardest working women in show business, Beyonce gave birth to a daughter named Blue Ivy- the most anticipated celebrity child. Glad the baby is healthy. Jay-Z, originally Shawn Carter, released a newly recorded song “Glory” with a little accompaniment from his crying daughter, and New York tabloids celebrated with front-page spreads.

However, the rap mogul, the Grammy winning former Destiny’s Child star, and their A-list tot slipped past waiting paparazzi with a motorcade of black SUVs at 1:30 am, the New York Daily News reported.

The song, released on Monday on Jay-Z’s social website, LifeandTimes.com, followed the birth in New York on Saturday of daughter Blue Ivy Carter.

She is the first child of the music power couple, who are usually extemely private about their relationship – a reticience that makes the raw and emotional lyrics to Glory all the more powerful.

‘Last time the miscarriage was so tragic, we was afraid you disappeared,’ Jay-Z, 42, raps midway through the song.

He speaks of ‘false alarms and false starts … all the pain of the last time, prayed so hard it was the last time’.
