Ragnar Holtan Takes the Helm as Rejlers Norway’s CEO

Rejlers has confirmed the appointment of Ragnar Holtan as the permanent CEO of its Norwegian division. Holtan, who has been serving as acting CEO since October 2024, will now officially lead the company forward.

At 41, Holtan brings a wealth of industry expertise. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Electro Automation from the University of Sørøst-Norge, he became part of Rejlers in 2022 following the company’s acquisition of Omega Holtan—a firm he both founded and led. Since joining, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening the Industry and Energy divisions within Rejlers Norway.

Viktor Svensson, President and CEO of Rejlers, expressed confidence in Holtan’s leadership, highlighting his experience and strategic vision as key assets in driving the company’s growth and profitability.

In recent months, Holtan has spearheaded initiatives to improve the company’s performance and expand its market presence. With an annual turnover exceeding SEK 300 million, Rejlers Norway continues to be a significant player in multiple technical fields, contributing to the broader success of the Rejlers Group.

Reflecting on his new role, Holtan conveyed his gratitude for the opportunity, emphasizing the strength of the team at Rejlers Norway. He outlined plans to focus on profitable expansion, particularly within the industry and infrastructure sectors, while also enhancing the company’s brand and attracting top talent. Looking ahead, he expressed enthusiasm for leading the company on a path of sustainable, long-term growth.
