Founder of Pacific Radiance Becomes CEO
Singapore-based offshore vessel operator Pacific Radiance has announced a leadership change, with founder and executive chairman Pang Yoke Min stepping into the role of CEO. He succeeds James Pang Wei Kuan, who transitioned to the position of Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer on January 9.
In his new role, Pang Wei Kuan will concentrate on developing the company’s long-term strategies and identifying opportunities for new business, partnerships, and revenue generation.
The company emphasized the significant contributions made by Pang Wei Kuan during his tenure as CEO, noting that his leadership had been crucial in navigating the organization through challenging times. His industry expertise and strategic insight were highlighted as invaluable assets to Pacific Radiance.
To ensure stability and continuity, Pacific Radiance stated that a well-planned transition process will support the leadership change, maintaining operational momentum as the company moves forward.
