Kinepolis Group Appoints New CFO to Drive Strategic Growth
Kinepolis Group has announced the appointment of Pieter-Jan Sonck as its new Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Jeroen Mouton in the role.
With over two decades of expertise in finance and operations, Pieter-Jan Sonck brings a wealth of experience to Kinepolis. Since 2017, he has served as the CFO of Beaulieu International Group, a position he took on after joining the company in 2005. Sonck began his professional journey at Deloitte in 2001 before moving to Beaulieu, where he took on various strategic and financial responsibilities. During his tenure, Beaulieu International Group saw its revenue grow from €1.4 billion to more than €2 billion. Sonck played a pivotal role in leading mergers and acquisitions, overseeing enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations, expanding and integrating finance teams, and optimizing financial processes.
Eddy Duquenne, CEO of Kinepolis Group, expressed confidence in Sonck’s ability to contribute to the company’s strategic goals. He noted that Sonck’s solid foundation and international experience would be instrumental in driving Kinepolis Group’s business and expansion strategies forward.
