Nitin Sood, the Chief Financial Officer of PVR INOX, has announced his departure from the company, with his last day being July 31. Reflecting on his tenure, Sood expressed immense gratitude for his 22-year journey at PVR INOX, highlighting the rewarding experiences and opportunities to work with exceptional colleagues on various challenging projects that contributed to the company’s growth and success.
Sood shared his appreciation for leading a dynamic and innovative team, emphasizing the valuable experiences, challenges, and achievements they shared over the years.
In his role as CFO, Sood was instrumental in supporting the CEO with business initiatives, managing corporate finance activities such as capital raising from banks and institutional investors, overseeing banking relationships, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, as well as ensuring financial control, accounting, and compliance for multiple group companies. Sood’s career began at Escorts Finance, followed by a stint at Dimensions Consulting before his long and impactful tenure at PVR INOX.
