Binary Tree Welcomes New CFO Eli Bakofsky
Binary Tree has announced the addition of Eli Bakofsky to its senior management team as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Bakofsky will oversee the company’s finance, acquisition, legal, risk management, human resources, and administrative functions.
With over 25 years of experience in senior-level accounting, finance, and operations roles, Bakofsky brings a wealth of expertise to Binary Tree. Before joining Binary Tree, he served as CFO for Mobixi. His previous roles include Controller at Mobile ESPN, CFO at Call Sciences, VP of Finance and Administration for UbiquiTel, and several senior leadership positions at AT&T Wireless Services. In these positions, Bakofsky led numerous mergers and acquisitions and developed, implemented, and maintained various systems, processes, and procedures. He also negotiated partnerships and managed domestic and international operating divisions. Bakofsky holds a B.A. in Accounting from Queens College of the City University of New York.
Bakofsky expressed his enthusiasm about joining the Binary Tree team, recognizing the company’s strong performance history and profitability. He looks forward to leveraging the tremendous opportunities within Binary Tree’s market segment.
Steven Pivnik, CEO of Binary Tree, emphasized that Bakofsky’s appointment significantly enhances the team’s capacity to execute its business plan, which includes various strategic and operational initiatives. Pivnik highlighted Bakofsky’s extensive experience with growth-oriented companies, noting that he will be able to contribute immediately to Binary Tree’s product, solution, and organizational plans.
