According to a report from CEOWORLD magazine, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla was the top-earning CEO in the healthcare industry in America for 2022. His compensation reached $30.5 million in 2022.
In 2022, Richard Gonzalez of AbbVie was the second-highest-paid CEO with a compensation of $25.8 million. Joseph Zubretsky, the CEO of Molina Healthcare, came in third with a salary of $22.1 million.
