Best Hospitality And Hotel Management Schools In The World For 2026
Methodology: CEOWORLD magazine’s 2026 rankings are based on one of the most extensive global surveys conducted in the hospitality education sector, incorporating insights from 250,000 graduates, industry professionals, employers, and recruiters across 124 territories. The research was carried out between November 15, 2025, and February 22, 2026, using a mixed methodology: 82% online, 10% via telephone, and 8% through post or face-to-face interviews.
All quantitative interviews were conducted confidentially and independently, without reliance on institutional data submissions. The study was led by CEOWORLD magazine Research, the organization’s global center for primary research and evidence-based consulting. Data collection combined survey responses with publicly available information and institutional performance indicators.
Participants evaluated institutions on a scale from 1 (“marginal”) to 100 (“outstanding”), with the option to select “don’t know.” Final rankings are derived from seven weighted metrics designed to capture both reputation and outcomes:
Perceived Global Brand Influence (20%)
Recruiter Responses (20%)
Academic Reputation (20%)
Employers’ Feedback (10%)
Job Placement Rate (10%)
Admission Eligibility (10%)
Specialization (10%)
The overall score represents the cumulative weighted performance across these indicators.
While the rankings identify the leading hospitality and hotel management schools globally, they are not exhaustive. Many institutions outside the list offer high-quality programs, and rankings should be considered as one of several factors in evaluating academic options.
The survey carries a margin of sampling error of ±1.2 percentage points for the full sample. As with all large-scale research, results may also be influenced by coverage limitations, nonresponse bias, and measurement variability. Percentages may not total 100% due to rounding and the exclusion of neutral or “don’t know” responses. All responses were anonymized to ensure candor, objectivity, and analytical integrity.
