David Zalik is the cofounder and CEO of financial technology company GreenSky.
Goldman Sachs bought GreenSky in an all-stock transaction worth about $2.2 billion in 2022; Zalik joined the bank as a partner.

The Atlanta-based GreenSky has facilitated more than $16 billion in loans for home improvement projects via a network of banks and 13,000 contractors.
The business also helps with financing for doctor, dentist and veterinary visits.
Zalik immigrated to the U.S. from Israel at age four when his father, a mathematics professor, got a job at the University of Rhode Island.
