Richard Newman, author of the forthcoming book, Lift Your Impact: Transform Your Mindset, Influence, and Future to Elevate Your Work, Team, and Life, is an award-winning expert in leadership communication, storytelling, and influence, and founder and CEO of UK Body Talk Ltd, the global leader in on communication training.

As an introvert on the autism spectrum, he has dedicated decades to developing success principles for communication, for himself and his clients. At 18, he lived in the foothills of the Himalayas, where he taught English to Tibetan monks, and from there went on to work as an actor, keynote speaker, coach and speechwriter, winning the coveted Cicero Grand Prize for Speechwriter of the Year. He created one of the largest studies on non-verbal communication and influence ever, published in the Journal of Psychology.
