How Oleksandr Strozhemin is Transforming Business Mindsets Worldwide

Oleksandr Strozhemin

From innovative apps to global partnerships, Oleksandr Strozhemin demonstrates how technology can redefine corporate success and inspire a new era of business evolution.

“Innovative digital solutions change industries and markets. Forever…” — Oleksandr Strozhemin

The name of Ukrainian entrepreneur Oleksandr Strozhemin, founder of Trinetix, is increasingly heard in exclusive business clubs, expert sessions at the Big 4, and conference rooms where decisions are made that save millions. His influence on global consulting, auditing, and corporate automation processes is already being compared to how Satya Nadella revived Microsoft or how Marc Benioff made Salesforce the face of the “new corporate experience.” Our portal spoke with the outstanding entrepreneur and learned how he managed to achieve success and bring his business to the top.

Oleksandr Strozhemin says, “My goal is to leave a mark on history and make a meaningful, lasting impact on industries and markets that will never look the same.”

It’s Not About Technology — It’s About a New Mindset

Oleksandr Strozhemin’s extraordinary skills have helped Trinetix grow and succeed in the digital space. He is not just a co-founder of Trinetix and a distinguished innovator; he rethinks how digital solutions should look. While digital solutions typically adapt to business, Strozhemin does the opposite: he helps businesses transform to fully leverage technology. One of the most striking examples is Trinetix’s collaboration with one of the Big 4 firms. What started as Design-Driven consulting quickly evolved into a complete reimagining of their IT landscape.

“At some point, he became co-owner of our outstanding results. That’s rare,” says Kumar Kolin, former Deputy CIO, Digital Innovation Leader, and Managing Principal of the Big 4 firm.

The Beginning

“My idea was to rethink the relationship between business and technology,” Oleksandr Strozhemin says.

Oleksandr founded Trinetix in 2011. One of the company’s first growth drivers was augmented reality (AR) projects for indoor and outdoor advertising. Partnering with global brands such as ExxonMobil, Nivea, Unilever, Ray-Ban, Coca-Cola, and Nestlé, Trinetix implemented more than 20 large-scale AR initiatives that transformed the Eastern European market. Billboards and storefronts became interactive platforms with gamification and personalization elements — consumers no longer just saw ads, they engaged with brands in real time.

Design-Driven Approach as a Competitive Advantage

In 2012, under Oleksandr’s leadership, Trinetix introduced a solution that was revolutionary at the time: prioritizing user experience and user journey over architectural and engineering logic. This challenged traditional corporate approaches, but it led to rapid internal adoption where all needs and demands were instantly clarified and stakeholders became involved at the earliest stages.

The result? Increased employee engagement, fewer errors during system transitions, and dramatically faster implementation of new solutions. This paradigm shift later became the foundation for a large-scale RPA transformation.

RPA: Next-Generation Automation

Starting in 2017, Trinetix built its own Center of Expertise for RPA. While many companies were still exploring the technology, Strozhemin went further — not just implementing platforms but automating over 300 processes, including tax, HR, and cybersecurity.

Thanks to this, a Big 4 client saved over 5 million man-hours, eliminated human error during “peak seasons,” and achieved record data processing accuracy. This project set a new industry standard for RPA in professional services, showing how well-structured automation can radically boost business efficiency.

For comparison: according to Deloitte, an average large corporation automates 20–30 processes with RPA in the first three years. Trinetix achieved ten times that number in the same period.

“They were the game-changer of our service offering transformation and our employees. With all repetitive steps automated, our teams could focus on initiatives that make a bigger impact on our and their professional growth,” says a former Head of Global Audit Practice of the Big 4 firm.

The Platform That Changed Auditing

The pinnacle of their achievements was the development of an AI platform for end-to-end audit automation, which for the first time unified disparate data sources and cross-country teams under one standard.

The results are impressive — the platform has won the prestigious Digital Innovation of the Year award annually since 2018. Its success lies in its uniqueness: hundreds of teams across time zones use it, dramatically reducing manual work, improving accuracy, and simplifying complex processes.

A Comparative Look

Strozhemin’s approach closely resembles that of Daniel Dines, founder of UiPath, who also started with niche automation before building a platform that transformed process automation. The difference? Strozhemin works not just at the tool level but at the mindset level — entering companies as a transformation partner rather than just another platform vendor.

Investment in Maturity

Further proof of Trinetix’s maturity came in 2023, when Hypra Fund invested $10 million. The fund focuses not on venture startups but sustainable, scalable businesses — making Trinetix an ideal fit. The investment supports expansion in Latin America and the opening of a new office in Argentina.

Recognition Beyond Clients

Oleksandr’s expertise extends beyond his clients. He serves as a jury member for the Globee Business Awards, which recognizes outstanding achievements in business and leadership worldwide. Additionally, he actively participates in the International Business Stevie Awards, a prestigious award known for honoring innovation and high professional standards across various industries. Finally, Oleksandr is also part of the jury for the European Business and Finance Awards, where experts evaluate the successes of companies and leaders who set standards in business and finance at the European level. He also participates in annual strategic reviews for the Big 4 — analyzing stalled projects and offering insights that have helped revive dozens of initiatives.

In 2023, Oleksandr Strozhemin was honored with the CEO of the Year award at the European Business and Finance Awards, organized by the Global Business and Finance Association. This independent, non-profit organization recognizes and supports exceptional individuals who demonstrate high standards in their respective industries. This award highlighted Oleksandr’s outstanding leadership and significant contributions to business and finance.

In 2025, Oleksandr received the Best CEO in Digital Innovation Global award from International Business Magazine. This UAE-based online publication focuses on promoting innovative solutions and key trends within the financial sector to investors, C-suite executives, and business leaders worldwide. The award recognized his exceptional achievements in driving innovation within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) industries, solidifying his status as a leading figure in digital transformation.

He is an active member of respected organizations, including the European Business Association, International Association of IT Professionals, AI Ethics and Integrity International Association, and Forbes Business Council, where he contributes to discussions and enjoys privileged publication and networking opportunities.

Oleksandr Strozhemin says: “I’m also honored to be recognized among Ukraine’s top IT entrepreneurs by the Ukrainian online platform Dev.ua. This achievement reflects not only my personal commitment but also the hard work and dedication of the entire Trinetix team. Our focus has always been on creating real value for clients, especially those targeting the US market, and this recognition motivates us to keep pushing boundaries.”

Oleksandr Strozhemin is a frequent speaker at international business and technology conferences, where he shares insights on digital transformation with aspiring entrepreneurs. As a versatile expert skilled in managing and delivering a wide range of innovative projects, he brings extensive practical experience. Among his notable cases are a mobile app for one of the largest travel companies that helped the agency transition online and eliminate massive paperwork, thereby saving significant costs; a virtual try-on app for eyewear retail chains; mobile applications for health food products; and augmented reality apps. His team also created advertising campaigns for McDonald’s, which ranked in the top 10 in the Food & Drinks category. Another groundbreaking project was a discount card aggregator — one of the first mobile apps to consolidate all loyalty programs into a single platform.

He is one of the few tech leaders who does not sell a product but creates change. His journey shows that major transformations begin with simple questions: “Why do people need this, and what happens after implementation?” While the world repeats the same mistakes, Oleksandr is changing the industry.
