Ranked: World’s Best Cities For Luxury Shopping, 2025

Milan has been recognized as the best city in the world for luxury shopping, according to CEOWORLD magazine’s 2025 report. Paris and New York City ranked second and third, respectively. In this ranking, Dubai came in fourth, followed by London in fifth place. Hong Kong ranked sixth, while Amsterdam took seventh. The eighth, ninth, and tenth positions for the top 10 cities for luxury shopping were held by Los Angeles, Tokyo, and Singapore.

Additionally, Milan is not only one of the fashion capitals of the world but also home to the world’s oldest existing shopping mall, the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, which was completed in 1877 in the Art Nouveau style. The city’s Quadrilatero d’Oro district is filled with high-end and exclusive shops featuring haute couture brands such as Armani, Versace, Valentino, Salvatore Ferragamo, Prada, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, and Gucci.

Sydney secured the No. 11 spot, followed by Vienna at No. 12 and Rome at No. 13. Munich was ranked No. 14 in CEOWORLD magazine’s 2025 list of the best cities for luxury shopping. Miami came in fifteenth, with Antwerp in sixteenth, Gothenburg in seventeenth, Porto in eighteenth, and Rotterdam in nineteenth place. Out of the 40 best cities for luxury shopping, Berlin ranked 20th.
