India’s Richest: The Ambanis Lavish Residence in Dubai is Their Vacation Home

Mukesh and Nita Ambani, among the wealthiest individuals globally, helm Reliance Industries, a conglomerate with annual revenues of $120 billion. With ventures spanning petrochemicals, oil and gas, telecommunications, retail, media, and financial services, the Ambanis are also known for their extravagant lifestyle and ownership of some of the most luxurious properties around the world.

In 2022, Mukesh Ambani made headlines by acquiring one of the most expensive properties on Dubai’s prestigious Palm Jumeirah, an artificial island famous for its affluent neighborhoods and luxury resorts. The beachfront mansion spread across 26,033 square feet, was reportedly purchased for around $80 million. The villa features ten bedrooms, a private spa, and both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Lavishly appointed with Italian marble and exquisite custom furnishings, the property also includes a 70-meter private beach, offering the family an exclusive seaside retreat without leaving the estate.

The Ambanis use this lavish Dubai residence as a vacation home, one of many high-value properties they own across the globe. Here’s a glimpse at some of their other notable real estate holdings:

      • Palm Jumeirah, Dubai: Purchased for approximately $80 million, this stunning beachfront villa stands as one of the Ambanis’ most expensive properties.
      • Antilia, Mumbai: Valued at $9.15 billion, more or less, Antilia is the second most expensive residence in the world and serves as the family’s primary home.
      • Stoke House, London: A historic estate in Buckinghamshire, Stoke House was acquired by the Ambanis for around $36 million.
      • Mandarin Oriental, New York: In New York, the Ambanis own the iconic Mandarin Oriental Hotel, valued at around $122 million, offering sweeping views of Manhattan.
      • Sea Wind, Mumbai: Situated in the Cuffe Parade area of Mumbai, Sea Wind, a 17-storey building, was once the home of the entire Ambani family.

From Dubai to New York, the Ambanis’ real estate portfolio reflects their global influence and penchant for luxury, with each property embodying grandeur and exclusivity.
