Crypto.com Launches Global Retail Services in Over 90 Countries to Enhance User Experience

Crypto.com has announced the launch of its global retail services, which will enable users of the Crypto.com App in over 90 countries to deposit and withdraw funds more easily.

The company stated that this initiative aims to enhance the efficiency and utility of cryptocurrency transactions for its retail customers.

The global retail services will be managed from Crypto.com’s regional hub in Dubai, with support from Standard Chartered. The expansion is backed by the regulatory framework set by Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority, designed to create a secure environment for digital asset growth.

Eric Anziani, President and COO of Crypto.com, described the collaboration with Standard Chartered to launch these services as a significant achievement for the company. He highlighted that this step not only advances their global expansion plans but also reinforces their commitment to delivering a top-tier customer experience.

The service will initially be rolled out next month to customers in the UAE, allowing them to access Crypto.com’s range of products and services, including the ability to trade over 250 cryptocurrencies. The company plans to extend these services to other countries in the future.

Crypto.com aims to provide consistent services and financial infrastructure for deposits and withdrawals to users worldwide.

Rola Abu Manneh, Chief Executive Officer for UAE, Middle East, and Pakistan at Standard Chartered, noted that the partnership aligns with the UAE’s National Agenda, which focuses on innovation, economic diversification, and building a knowledge-based economy. She added that by offering advanced solutions tailored to the evolving needs of customers in the UAE and beyond, they are supporting the UAE’s vision of becoming a regional and international hub for digital assets.
