Top 5 Life Coach Courses In The US

Whenever we face challenges in our personal or professional lives, we tend to reach out to family and friends for advice. While they are integral to our lives, they may not provide the most appropriate advice. This is where life coaches step in. A life coach is someone who professionally offers advice related to obstacles in our personal and professional lives. To build a professional life coach career, you must complete a life coach course to show your professional competence.
The best life coach courses are:

  1. Health Coach Institute
The Dual Life and Health Coaching Certification is a unique course from all the life coach courses worldwide. The course combines health coach certification with life coach certification. So, completing this course will earn you ICF-accredited titles of both a Certified Life Coach and a Certified Health Coach.
At $5,450, this course is one of the most expensive ones on this list. However, it is reasonably priced, considering the benefits. You can pay in seven monthly installments instead of bearing the whole cost in one go.

  2. Certified Life Coach Institute
In this fast-paced world, we all wish things got done in a very short time. The Life Coach Certification offered by Certified Life Coach Institute is the shortest course on this list – you’ll be done with it in three days; the course is immersive intensive.
Costing about $1,000, this course is easily the most budget-friendly on this list. However, you will also have to complete Certified Life Coach’s Coaching 102 class if you wish to join ICF.

  3. Coach U
As the name suggests, the Core Essentials Fast Track program by Coach U is a six-day intensive program. While you might wonder if the duration is too short, it teaches you all the necessary modules to get ICF certified. And you have six months from the end of the course to take an online exam, finish 20 hours of coaching, and get guidance from the faculty.
Coach U also offers a separate Core essentials program that can last up to 15 months and costs around $6,000. You may pursue this online or in person and go at your own pace as long as you complete the program in 15 months.

  4. Coach Training Alliance (CTA)
The Certified Coach Program offered by the Coach Training Alliance equips you with all the knowledge you’d need to establish and expand a coaching business while also helping you start strong professionally.
At about $4,000, this program is value-for-money since it provides you with all the knowledge you need to run a life coaching business practically. It is so highly sought that you must claim your spot in advance. And since classes are limited to 12 students per class, you must hurry up!

  5. Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC)
Last but certainly not least, iPEC is the best course on this list if you want to change career paths. Being able to run your own business and market your services to secure more clients is an indispensable skill for a life coach. And iPEC is one of the few courses that teach you how to do that well!
The course offered by iPEC provides you with all the extensive knowledge you’ll need to start working with clients. Thanks to one-on-one training, you’re sure to get undivided attention from the instructor and comprehensive responses to all your queries. Some may get intimidated by the fact that the course costs about $11,450 and can take up to 12 months to complete, but it is worth the time and money.
