Life-Intelligence And All We Need In Our Lives

There is a certain type of intelligence that is called ”life intelligence”, and it refers to the ability of people to make it through life. To maximize it, we need to know some rules that will help us take the right direction. Let’s find them out.
What is poison?
Anything beyond what we need acts as poison. It can be food; it can be power, laziness, or even fear. That is right fear is not necessarily bad. It is an instinct that only comes to protect us from danger. It exists to reassure our survival and reproduction. It is medicine when danger exists because it motivates and mobilizes our whole system to act quickly and efficiently, something that would not be achieved if adrenaline was not abundant in our veins at the moment. However, in many cases, it exists without any reason, and therefore we could say we have some extra ”portion” of it, and this is when it becomes a poison. Almost everything can have a positive effect if it is provided in the right amount. In the same way, when we overdo it with some things, this can no longer work for our benefit. Apart from some completely abstract ideas like love and knowledge, everything can be involved in this weird equation.
There is a right amount for everything and we have to respect all boundaries. Ancient Greeks had a say, according to which everything had to be in the right amount. You may have heard it as ”all in good measure” or ”it’s all about moderation.” The idea is that we need to have a sense of what is the normal amount of something to be able to move on in the right direction without overdoing it. It is crucial to know what is good and what is bad for us. So, to obtain a healthy way of perceiving the world, one needs to clarify that everything should be balanced and controlled on an accurate scale before they start taking action.
Dreaming works
Our actions are basically determined by the way we feel. We act according to our mood, and this is very important to realize. One of the main reasons we hold ourselves back is stress, and stress is a type of fear and, more precisely, fear about the future. What we may have to face and what we will deal with.
The good news is that even feeling can be controlled by a higher ”self”, which is called spirit. Spirit includes basically our mental world; it is our brain, and it is the way we think. If I can control my thought, I will be able to control my feelings and, finally, the way I act. We have the misconception that all we do and think is based on the way we feel, and in reality, this is not the way it goes. What we identify as a feeling is not our emotions but our thoughts. It is just not the organized thoughts that we are familiar with. It is the subconscious thoughts that we have no control over them. The fact that we cannot control these thoughts makes us confuse them with our feelings while, in reality, they are thoughts that just happen to have their basis at the unconscious level. It is, however, the mental part and not the emotional that talks louder than everything in us. So, if there is one thought we have to have constantly in mind is that we have control over things and we can determine our destiny. We can focus our thoughts on certain things and lead ourselves to the desired destination. Once we adopt the right thoughts feelings will follow, and finally, actions will find their way.
So dreaming, or even daydreaming but in an energetic way, can honestly open doors for us. Thinking about what we want to accomplish is a good way to do that. In addition, one has to start experiencing all the benefits that come from the choice they desperately want to make but are still too hesitant to do it. Consider that you want to make an investment that will bring a lot of money into your pocket. All investments hide some risks, and this is why you still feel hesitant. You’d better start thinking about what you will do with the money you will earn from that investment if you want to motivate yourself and start taking action on the things you need to move on with your investment. If you have reasons to do something, you will eventually chase it.
