Leigh Ann Orsi

When was the last time you felt excited and sure that you had everything maximized in your life? Most people just get pulled along without ever stopping to decide where they genuinely want to go and how to get there. According to Leigh Ann Orsi, a certified life coach, working with a life coach can help you gain excitement and clarity about your direction in life and remove all the friction to achieving what you dream.  More than what you thought possible is waiting just around the corner.

Leigh Ann Orsi Discusses the 5 Reasons People Seek a Life Coach

In today’s digitized world, it is too easy to feel lost, overwhelmed, and hopeless.  There is too much stimulus and distraction in our world without enough human connection and support. It comes as no surprise that people turn to life coaches to navigate these challenging and lonely times.

A life coach can help you find excitement for the things you are doing every day because their primary goal is to support you in getting exactly what YOU want in your life.

  1. They’re Stuck
So many people wake up every day and don’t want to get out of bed. Maybe your life is a mess, or maybe it seems just fine, but you don’t have the motivation to get through your day, or worse, you dread every second of it.  Many people feel this way and don’t even know where to start to shift these feelings. Coaching can help you sort through your emotions, find what’s causing your discomfort and help you make a plan to unblock your happiness.
  2. Need Accountability
You may be ready for something new but are afraid to tackle it on your own. A life coach provides a support system that helps you set goals and stick to them, Your coach will also help challenge the patterns and beliefs that held you back in the first place.  It’s an empowering one-two punch that reaches beyond your current dilemma and gives you access to long-term success. We often dont even know what we need, and having the life coaches reflect and ideas may help you breakthrough barriers you never knew were possible
  3. Want a Sounding Board
According to Orsi, often, people don’t have someone to listen to them truly. Feeling heard is a fundamental human desire, and life coaches can listen and reflect on your thoughts and feelings in a way that makes you feel seen and validated.  Feeling truly listened to and understood gives you a sense of comfort and peace.
  4. Require Confidence
Finally, some people have all the talent in the world but lack the confidence to take a risk. A life coach can root out those limiting beliefs and help break through those barriers and find your inner strength and self-confidence.

Life Coaches Urge More People To Embrace the Practice

Tony Robbins said, “ where attention goes, energy flows”  so where have you been putting your attention?  Life coaching gives you a chance to sit down and focus on yourself.  That is a beautiful gift no matter where you are in your life.  While it is true that coaching can help you get through struggles, coaching is also for people who are doing GREAT and want even more out of life.  There is nothing wrong with wanting more.  You deserve it and can have what you want.  A coach can help you get there.
